Quadrat d'Or, Rooms Barcelona

The living room is a large and cozy 21m2 lounge, decorated with care and exclusivity, dedicated to the most famous catalan architect, Gaudí. We believe in the soul of the spaces, for this reason we try to offer our guests a second home, not a cold and impersonal standard apartment.

The decoration of the room is designed to offer maximum comfort to our guests and at the same time make our guests feel surrounded by the spirit of a Mediterranean city, bright and welcoming as Barcelona.

It is a very sunny and quiet room, with views to the basilica de la Concepció and a little square without traffic. From there you can access a large garden terrace furnished with comfortable garden furniture.

All of our rooms have balconies. Jujol and Martinell rooms face Bruc street.

You can look at beautiful buildings as Concepció market, an old market of the Modernist Era with structure of iron arranged in three naves. The market has an extensive gastronomic offer, with fresh fruit, selected meats, fish and delicatessen, including a bakery and a large supermarket.

You can also see the building of the Music Conservatory and the palace that houses the District Headquarters of the Barcelona City Council.

The biggest balcony, from the living room and the master bedroom, faces Rector Oliveras's Garden, a small square without traffic in the middle of the building, a peaceful oasis in Barcelona's heart.

The Gothic Basilica of the Concepció is the most representative building of this space.

This large terrace, 15 m2, is landscaped and equipped with outdoor furniture, where you can rest, sunbathe, eat or dine by the light of a candle.
